Registration Fee: $80.00 if using paypal, $75.00 if mailing a check. This registration fee covers:
- Open bay barracks housing with showers, latrines, and laundry machines
- Breakfast Saturday morning, Dinner in the evening and breakfast Sunday morning
- Battle Reenactment on West side of Camp Navajo
NOTE: Personal vehicles are not allowed to roam the base or enter the field. They can leave the base and return to the barracks.
This event will be very different in its organization as compared to last events. There will be an over-all Allied and Axis Commander followed by the appropriate chain of command. In addition, units will have advisors attached to them. Vehicle incentives are as follows: Tank-4 free passes, Halftrack/ Armored Car-3free passes, truck (ex. CCKW, WC-63, Opel Blitz )-2 free passes, Jeep/ Kubelwagen/ Motorcycle w/sidecar- 1 free pass (note: Free passes do not include private rooms. There are a limited number of private rooms available @ $150 which includes meals. If you choose this option, please note in the comments section in registration that you are requesting a private room. Call first for availability (480) 208-6926) . If you are bringing a vehicle, you still need to register. This is NOT a pay at the gate event.
Attendees must be at least 18 years of age unless sponsored by someone over 18. 16 years of age with a parent or legal guardian.
It is the responsibility of the ATTENDEE to monitor this site including the forum for any updates.
Portions of the proceeds are dedicated to rental of barracks, staffing, food, The Museum of Military History..
Only registered participants will be allowed on base and will be enforced by base security.
No personal camcorders allowed without prior consent while at the AO.
Non Refundable Deposit in the amount of $50 is due at TIME OF REGISTRATION.
This deposit is NONREFUNDABLE, NONTRANSFERABLE (unless it's due to a major disaster and the OP had to be rescheduled), and NONFORWARDABLE. In short, until your deposit is in, YOUR NAME IS NOT ON THE LIST.
Balance of payment is due February 1, 2008. No refund on balance portions after February 1st, 2008.
Last day for D.O.R. (Drop On Request) is February 1, 2008. All DOR after February 1, 2008 will be concidered a donation.

From time to time we use photos of our events in promotional material. By attending, you agree to allow us the use of your likeness, name, voice, photograph, signature, logo or trademark in such material.
Indemnification
Attendee assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend Museum of Military History, MAC-V, United States Army, Arizona National Guard, event sponsors, event VIP, fellow attendees, event management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the location.
While security personnel may be available generally for the purpose of safeguarding the general public at the event, the Attendee is solely responsible for the safekeeping of his/her own property while attending the event. You also agree to hold Museum of Military History, MAC-V, United States Army, Arizona National Guard, event sponsors, event VIP, fellow attendees, event management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents harmless on any loss, damaged, or stolen goods while attending the event. The Attendee attends this event with the full knowledge that the event of reenacting may cause bodily harm, serious injuries, loss of limbs and death.
The Attendee therefore assumes the responsibility to indemnify, defend and hold Museum of Military History, MAC-V, United States Army, Arizona National Guard, event sponsors, event VIP, fellow attendees, event management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents, including but not limited to, U.S. Department of Defense, State, Treasury, and all agencies and units within, including but not limited to, the U.S. Army, Camp Navajo and all units within harmless from any liability, claims, court actions or causes of action for personal injury or property damage which the contestant may suffer while participating in the event.
All Attendees are expected to and shall conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner. Any Attendee who, in the opinion of Museum of Military History, MAC-V, United States Army, Arizona National Guard, event sponsors, event VIP, event management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents, fails to conduct themselves in such a manner may be asked to leave the event at any time without any right to a refund of fees, either in whole or in part. Without limiting the generality of the above, the possession of any firearm or weapon at the event without the express, prior written permission of Museum of Military History, or MAC-V shall result in immediate expulsion. Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are also prohibited, and illegal drugs shall also result in immediate expulsion. In order to uphold these provisions, the Attendee agrees to permit reasonable inspection of their wares by a duly authorized agent of Museum of Military History, or MAC-V. The Contestant indemnifies and holds Museum of Military History, MAC-V, United States Army, Arizona National Guard, event sponsors, event VIP, event management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents harmless for any losses caused by a breach of these conditions.
